A Personal Assistant was required to support the launch of a new and fast-growing venture focused on property, events and charitable initiatives. The role combined business support with project coordination, requiring flexibility, organisation and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Core responsibilities
The position involved coordinating property operations and supplier relationships, organising events and retreats, and managing diaries, inboxes and travel arrangements. It also included handling budgets, expenses and invoicing, scheduling social media content, and providing personal support to the founder.

Skills and experience required
The business was seeking a proactive and highly organised individual, comfortable with frequent UK travel and flexible working hours. Strong communication skills, confidence in managing suppliers and systems, and the ability to balance multiple priorities were essential. A full UK driving licence and passport were required.
