The role combined front-of-house duties with varied office responsibilities, requiring excellent customer service and organisational skills.

The role involved greeting and directing visitors, answering calls and queries, processing payments and receipts, managing registrations, and maintaining accurate records. It also included updating databases, supporting managers and finance with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills and experience required
The business was seeking a well-presented and motivated administrator with strong communication and IT skills, proven customer service experience, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Knowledge of Microsoft Office was essential, while familiarity with Navision software was desirable.
