To strengthen client service and support rapid growth, a Relationship Manager was needed to oversee client accounts and ensure high standards of compliance and customer care. The role required both operational focus and team leadership, ensuring efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships.

Core responsibilities
The position involved overseeing the daily processing of client accounts, managing reconciliations, ensuring deposit protection compliance and handling client queries. Responsibilities also included monitoring SLAs, leading on complaints resolution, delegating team tasks, supporting recruitment and training, and working with senior management to improve processes and maintain service quality.

Skills and experience required
The organisation was seeking a detail-focused professional with excellent communication skills, strong numerical ability and proven experience in team management. Outstanding customer service skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, were essential.
