A fast-growing international business required a Sales Administrator to support its expanding team. This role combined order processing with logistics coordination, ensuring clients worldwide received a seamless service.

Core responsibilities
The position focused on managing all aspects of order fulfilment, including shipping, export documentation, customs clearance and logistics coordination. It also involved handling client communication, maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team to deliver excellent customer service.

Skills and experience required
The organisation was seeking a highly organised administrator with proven experience in order processing and logistics. Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail were essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A driving licence was preferred due to the rural office location.
