An opportunity was created for a Technical Administrator to support a specialist health and safety consultancy based in Guildford. The role combined detailed project administration with client liaison and offered scope for training and career development, including progression towards a CDM practitioner role.

Core responsibilities
The position focused on producing and delivering health and safety files and manuals for CDM projects, ensuring all project documentation was collated and completed to deadlines. Responsibilities also included liaising with contractors, architects and designers, setting up projects on Sage 200, updating compliance documents, managing data in internal systems and supporting colleagues across the business.

Skills and experience required
The organisation was looking for an experienced administrator with at least three years’ experience, strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication, organisation and the ability to work independently under pressure were essential.
