Core responsibilities
The position involved preparing and submitting tax returns, liaising with HMRC, and assisting with partnership accounts and LLP computations. It also required maintaining detailed partner records, providing administrative support to the Tax Manager, and staying up to date with changes in tax regulations to ensure compliance.

Skills and experience required
The business was seeking a candidate with either experience in tax or accounting, or someone working towards qualifications such as ATT, CTA, or AAT. Knowledge of HMRC systems, accuracy with data, and strong analytical skills were important, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external bodies.
