To support a high-growth manufacturing business, a Recruitment Resourcer was required to deliver end-to-end hiring for technician roles at the Worthing HQ. This hybrid position focused on sourcing talent directly and ensuring production teams had the right people in place on time.

Core responsibilities
The role involved managing the full recruitment process, from advertising, shortlisting and interviewing to organising and hosting high-volume assessment centres. It also required close partnership with hiring managers, managing vacancies through an ATS, refreshing job posts, and ensuring compliance with right-to-work checks. Meeting fast turnaround targets for urgent roles was a key focus.
Skills and experience required
The business was seeking someone with experience recruiting high-volume roles, ideally within manufacturing. Strong organisational skills, the ability to run assessment centres, and ATS knowledge were essential, along with confidence, persistence and the ability to influence and problem-solve.
