As a Client Services Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and client support, which will include:
Customer service:
- Proactively develop solutions to ensure a consistently exceptional service experience.
- Provide timely and relevant updates to internal clients on task progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to offer support and guidance wherever needed.
Administrative support:
- Manage internal and external post and arrange courier services.
- Oversee file closing procedures, including archiving and retrieval.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing.
- Assist the Finance team by submitting receipts, cheques, and invoices accurately.
- Submit payment requests and expected funds forms.
- Produce court bundles alongside the CDS team.
- Conduct basic Land Registry searches and retrieve company details from Companies House.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and practice-specific administrative tasks as required.
Requirements for the role:
- GCSEs (A-C) in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Strong customer service ethos with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
